Hello, my name is Mark Mayo and I am the owner and lead designer
at 601MEDIA,LLC. My wife, Chris manages day to day operations, customer
relations, and keeps me on target with big projects. Chris's vast
knowledge and great smile are an asset to our daily business. Now
the technical: I have many years of experience and have been working
with computers since the IBM 8086, before the Commodore 64 and early
Amiga's, when online was a Wildcat BBS connection. I started programming
on a Timex Sinclair. The keyboard was so small I used a pencil eraser
to type. My experience includes building early IBM CCIR 601 4.2.2
digital video editing systems (yes IBM). I was a systems integrator
for Discreet Logic edit* Targa 3000 & Digisuite Video Editing
Systems supplying Television studios, post production and special
effects houses located throughout Florida. I designed and used a After
Effects integrated DPS Render Farm. I am also retired from a successful
career as a Computer Command Control, CCC, Drivability Technician
with GM. Our mission at 601 MEDIA is to provide our customers with
a dedicated personalized service, supply the absolute best work that
we can possibly do, all at a fair price.
